MOSALAND
Fine Wine Branding & Experiences

About

MOSA Original

Founded in 2017 and relocated to Adelaide four years ago, Mosaland has achieved what many deemed improbable — an 8-person team operating across Adelaide, Shanghai, and Shenzhen delivering the value and output of a 40-person organisation. Through precision marketing, cross-border execution, and deep insight into Asian markets, Mosaland has helped wineries efficiently penetrate China without the traditional costs and risks.

Empowering the Entire Value Chain Mosaland has positioned itself as a collaborative engine that aligns the interests of wineries, importers, distributors, platforms, and consumers. It does so by:

•Designing China-ready product lines that reflect local tastes and pricing expectations.
•Using data-driven strategies to build brand momentum online before unlocking offline distribution.
•Streamlining communications between importers and producers to reduce misalignment andtransaction friction.
•Customising market entry plans for each winery — because there’s no fixed formula in China’s vastand dynamic wine market.

Helping Wineries Grow Smarter in China

“We’ve seen too many wineries spend $30,000 to $40,000 annually on China travel, only to return without concrete results,” said Oliver, Director at Mosaland. “Our model combines product localisation, digital marketing, and strategic matchmaking to ensure every dollar spent delivers long-term impact.”
